The Country Product Management team comprises of some of the most exciting and enterprising teams at Ninja Van. Building on Ninja Van's existing capabilities, we experiment with new ideas to develop innovative products and services that enhance our core business and help us serve our clients, partners and end-customers better.

The Product Analyst conducts the execution of our strategic project initiatives, ensuring stellar results from inception to delivery. This is a key role, working directly with senior management and stakeholders, both locally and regionally.

Responsibilities

Work towards achieving KPIs by deciding on the metrics to track, reviewing metrics, providing actionable insights to country teams and regional product teams, deploying it on the ground with a feedback loop, and tracking performance.
Ensuring that all teams involved are responsible for a designated action before, during, and after deployment.
Dive deep and diagnose operational processes, identify defects and improvement opportunities, provide future state recommendations and strategies, and validate process improvement efforts.
Verify, validate and consolidate country requirements to be prioritized with the regional product team with justification, data, and insights to influence the product roadmap.
Dive deep in understanding our products and potential products, and the competitive landscape with actionable insights.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related technical field. (Master’s beneficial).
Certification in training and development advantageous but not necessary.
Generally have 1 year of experience in consulting, e-commerce, or logistics industry
Proficiency in working in a fast-paced, fluid environment where priorities shift regularly
Ability to anticipate and balance the needs of multiple stakeholders
Making sense of complex, high quantity information to effectively solve problems
Knowledge in identifying goals, metrics, and analytics to measure product value
Knowledge in conducting competitive research and analysis
Knowledge in email marketing tools such as SendGrid or MailChimp
Knowledge in digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics
Knowledge in navigating data tools such as Metabase, Redash, or Data Studio
