About the Role
It's the role for you who's creative as well as detail-oriented. In this role, you will coordinate and manages many aspects of a video production process from start to finish. In a nutshell, a producer may help with creative direction, setting a budget, writing scripts, organizing logistics, deadlines, and communicating with the team each step of the way.
What You Will Do
- Communicate with the team to understand what they want out of a project, and help them get those ideas out in a workable way
- Ensure video requirements are made as the planned and agreed timeline
- Control production budget and plan
What You Will Need
- At least 3 years of experience as a producer
- Ability to work equally well within a team and independently
- Able to communicate and collaborate with stakeholders
- Time management and organizational skills in keeping projects running smoothly and not overspending
