About the Role
As our Procurement Supervisor in General Sourcing Category, you’ll be an integral player within the Procurement team based in Jakarta. We oversee all Procurement things related to General Sourcing Category (Non-Marketing and Non-IT category). Specifically, we do sourcing activities that relate to goods/ services in several categories such as procuring Premises related, HR Services related, Office Product & Services related, Operations related and Outsource Services related and working with cross-business units who require such product/ services nature.
You’ll be assisting in leading Procurement buyers within the General Sourcing team and also as a single contributor in handling the assigned sourcing activities. You’ll employ your skills and experiences to add more power to enrich the team’s strategy and project fulfillment.
What You Will Do
- Support Country Procurement Head through value creation of cost reduction and cost avoidance initiatives project (Procurement Initiatives Pipeline)
- Execute Procurement Initiative Pipeline pertaining to managed Spend Category, aligning with the procurement procedure
- Lead all vendor Selection Processes (Tactical & Strategic bidding), to support business targets
- Maintain relationships with country vendors, to support Gojek’s positioning in the market
- Support country procurement to build the country’s price catalog (contracted) and strategized country spending and avoid repetitive vendor selection process
- Achieve provided annual saving target, both Cost Avoidance and Cost Reduction
- Support Global Procurement initiative relevant to country spend led by Global Category Manager
- Preparing procurement documentation for each sourcing activity
What You Will Need
- Bachelors of business, supply chain management or any other related field (knowledge of related markets i.e. general sourcing, professional services, real estate, HR services, Outsourcing, Operation)
- Preferably has been working as procurement too
- Strong business and commercial mindset
- Excellent in negotiation, organizational, collaboration skills
- Excellent in interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent in project management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of procurement experience

GoTo Procurement Team formed from Gojek & Tokopedia Team consists of 35 people based in Indonesia. The gist of our role is to contribute to annual cost optimization within GoTo following GoTo Procurement Policy and build strong relationships both with internal stakeholders and vendors. We collaborate alongside many teams across the organization.
