About the challenge
We are looking for an experienced Procurement and IT Lead/Manager and you will be creating strategic sourcing from scratch, and maintaining excellent procurement processes with tough negotiations at high pace.  You will be part of the team by being able to establish connections between business needs, strategic sourcing, contract execution, and savings.

What a day at work for you will look like:

  • You will lead the procurement preparation process and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • You will lead all vendor selection process (tactical and strategic bidding), to support business target
  • You will source and engage reliable suppliers and vendors
  • You will lead negotiations with suppliers and vendors to get the best deals for the company
  • You will plan and execute sourcing events, direct tender process, setting up procurement strategy, pre-qualifying vendors, review of bid documents, monitor contracts implementation
  • You will serve as procurement business partner, catering the needs of all stakeholders that rely on you

Is this you?

  • Can do attitude: Sees solutions and is able to act upon them
  • Well organized & structured working style.
  • Eye for detail: Meticulous by speed hence emphasizing zero mistakes.
  • The candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree, any field
  • At least 7 years of working experience in Procurement
  • In-depth knowledge of preparing and reviewing contracts, invoicing, and negotiation terms
  • Great negotiation skills and attention to details
  • Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving skills
  • Background in a technology company is a plus point
  • Experience in managing multiple stakeholders across various levels of seniority
  • Fluent English is a plus point
Our selection procedure in a nutshell
The position reports to Head of Finance. During the interview process you will meet him/her, as well as a few business stakeholders and Management Team members.
