- Research and revamp the ongoing GA & Procurement to enable process driven execution to achieve accuracy and effectiveness.
- Working closely with Direct Report Manager to execute procurement strategies to ensure procurement practices had been carried out effectively, efficiently and transparency.
- Responsible for end-to-end sourcing and supply across a wide range of spend categories.
- This includes office supplies, travel management, company’s programs and other relevant expenditure areas.
- Working together with Legal Team and Direct Report manager to manage agreements and ensure the arrangement of agreements is in place and safeguard company interest. Maintain day-to-day GA & Procurement activities to ensure SLA and quality deliverables.
- Evaluate and organize training for subordinates to develop higher skills and competency.
- Coaches and provides necessary support to all team members to ensure the staff performance and KPIs are achieved Perform as the “second man” in major procurement/ subcontract activities, including bid evaluation, negotiation, and contracts (both new and renewal).
- Actively assess and suggest the possibilities to automate GA & Procurement processes through technology.
- Bachelor Degree, from any major.
- Major in finance, accounting, management, or data will be advantages.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, finance and other relevant areas. Exposure working in start-up environment will be preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. Comfortable and strong data analytical skills. Flexible, dynamic, strong minded and detail-orientated
- Proficient in English and computer as well as any procurement system.
- High integrity, able to work under pressure and self-motivated.
- Desire to Lead people.
