Responsibilities

  • Zendesk Expertise:
  • Proficient in Zendesk.
  • Set up and configure Zendesk to optimize workflow efficiency for the customer support team.
  • Provide support and training to team members on Zendesk functionality.
  • CS Channel Tools Management:
  • Manage and maintain various customer support channel tools, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and implement improvements to CS tools and workflows.
  • Help Page Development:
  • Create and update comprehensive help pages for Codashop.com, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and user-friendliness.
  • Develop content to address common user queries, technical issues, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align help page content with product updates and changes.
  • Utilize HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development tools to build and enhance help pages.
  • Ensure the responsiveness and optimal performance of help page layouts on various devices.

Requirements

  • Experience with Zendesk is a must.
  • Proven experience in web development, content creation, and management, with a focus on help pages or technical documentation.
  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic web development tools.
  • Experience working with JSON scripts
  • Experience working with content management systems (CMS).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Additional language proficiency is a plus.
  • Ability to translate technical information into user-friendly content.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot user issues effectively.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with a global team.
  • Ability to adapt to changes in technology and industry trends.
