Process Improvement Fulfillment

Responsibilities:

1. Work closely with warehouse operations team
2. Making improvement in all warehouse process (inbound, inventory, and outbound)
3. Making improvement regarding manpower productivity
4. Conduct training related to improvement tools; Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree from any major
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in Process improvement, preferably in Warehouse and Logistics
3. Experienced in Kaizen / LEAN / Six Sigma implementation, preferably in warehouse or e-commerce setting
4. Strong background in operations fulfillment, warehousing, and safety concept
5. Experienced in setting up new Warehouse and SOP related process improvement
6. Proficient in English
7. Willing to work mobile and based in Warehouse office (Sunter)
