- Build processes that meet our business objectives and ensure compliance
- Gather comprehensive feedback from stakeholders and prepare business requirement document (BRD)
- Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements
- Help design, document and maintain business processes
- Define reporting and alerting requirements
- Conduct regular SLA analysis to pinpoint improvement areas and ensure we are achieving periodic targets
- Communicate key insights and findings to internal team
- Maintain relationship with insurer to ensure SLA compliance
- Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer
- Take into account the needs of external and internal stakeholders and incorporate them into new strategic plans
- Previous experience as a Business Operations Senior Associate, Associate Manager or in a similar role
- Good knowledge of operations management
- Experience with gap analysis and capacity planning
- Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal
- Experience in analysing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools
- Strong analytical skills & ability to communicate data and results
- Basic knowledge in generating process documentation
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and flowchart maker software
- Proficient in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- 3 to 5 years of experience (Insurance/ Insurance Technology/ start-up industry background is a plus)
