Process Alignment Analyst

This position for supporting pre operational new Amartha's branch, training new joiner, refreshment training to existing employee, and checking consistency quality of process & document to all branches.

Responsibilities:

• Design and expand training and development programmes based on the needs
• Liaising with existing team to clarify responsibilities and related expectations
• monitor and review the progress of trainees
• Administering regular, detailed needs assessments to identify skills deficits
• Keep up to date with developments in training by reading relevant regulations and product
• Conducting data performance evaluations and translating to training needs

• Bachelor degree in any major
• Minimum 2 years working experience
• Willing to work with high mobility all around Indonesia
• Great communication skill
• Strong in data and analytical process
