This position for supporting pre operational new Amartha's branch, training new joiner, refreshment training to existing employee, and checking consistency quality of process & document to all branches.
Responsibilities:
- Design and expand training and development programmes based on the needs
- Liaising with existing team to clarify responsibilities and related expectations
- monitor and review the progress of trainees
- Administering regular, detailed needs assessments to identify skills deficits
- Keep up to date with developments in training by reading relevant regulations and product
- Conducting data performance evaluations and translating to training needs
- Bachelor degree in any major
- Minimum 2 years working experience
- Willing to work with high mobility all around Indonesia
- Great communication skill
- Strong in data and analytical process
