Hijra Engineering is the technology backbone of Hijra, the next-generation financial institution offering Sharia-compliant financial products to personal and business customers in Indonesia. Hijra’s financial services are purposefully ethical, inclusive, sustainable, and socially responsible.

We are looking for passionate system engineers to join our engineering team.

Responsibilities

Be a subject matter expert on our infrastructure stacks.
Define the infrastructure design with the current best practice available.
Share your knowledge and experience by doing mentorship.
Willing to roll up your sleeves to do any hands-on task given.

Requirements

At least having 6 years of solid experience in production infrastructure or cloud-related environment.
Strong understanding of IaaS, PaaS, virtualization/container, and orchestration.
Hands-on experience in operating large-scale distributed systems.
Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia English, both written and verbal communication.
Ability to thrive in a fully remote & asynchronous organization.
Willingness to understand, share, and live our values.
