About This Role
We’re looking for a Principal Product Manager or Product Lead of Tech-Enabled Sourcing & Matching to join our Product team to dramatically increase the effectiveness of Glints’ talent recruitment and matching products and accelerate revenue growth. Our goal is to fundamentally disrupt traditional recruitment by pushing the productivity frontier and turbo-charging our internal talent agents to beat industry records in recruitment efficiency.
You will drive hands on roadmap & product development execution while also playing a key role in shaping the product strategy. You will work alongside our team of world class product designers, UX researchers, data scientists, and product engineers on the delivery of Glints’ Superpowered products (internal recruitment products focused on talent search, recommendation, and workflow management) in order to build a candidate data moat and leverage ML/NLP to more efficiently match candidates & jobs.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver outsized business impact (% matches and revenue contribution from search & recommendation products; 60-day fill rate; sales yield per recruiter per month) through shaping Glints’ Superpowered product suite
- Drive user adoption through harnessing user insights, stakeholder feedback, and data to increase % recruiter adoption of tools and increase % of candidates sourced & matched from Superpowered products
- Drive product roadmap and contribute to product positioning and strategy for our search, recommendation, and internal workflow tools products
- Deliver execution value: collaborate with a squad of engineers, designers and user researchers and data scientists toreliably execute discovery and delivery sprints. Consistently minimize product risk and ship high impact features which generate user & business value
- Communicate & collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders such as commercial, data, and growth teams to align on product priorities. Champion the Superpowered products across the org
- Own the product metrics: lead the generation of product and biz insights through quantitative data analysis and qualitative user research.

Who We Are Looking For
- Around 6-8 years of experience in product management or related fields
- At least 3 years of experience working with data or AI powered products such as recommendation and search engines, and you can understand technology tradeoffs and their impact on product experiences
- Prior experience in robotic process automation products, workflow automations, or O2O products. A background in enterprise B2B would also likely be a strong fit
- Customer empathy with experience in user-centered design; demonstrated success in creating innovative and user-friendly applications and features, particularly for “human-in-the-loop” AI / data products
- Experience driving experimentation with data-driven products
- A love for hands-on, IC work, but an appetite for also growing into a product leadership role over time. This role is likely to start as an IC product role but with strong potential to progress into a leadership role in 2-4 quarters time
- Innate curiosity and ability to thrive in an ambiguous and rapidly changing startup environment. Self-starters and innovators with a positive, collaborative can-do attitude, growth mindset and bias for action are very welcome
- Experience working within, and across large teams that deliver experiences at scale.

- Interest in disrupting the traditional HR, recruitment, and career development space
- Quantitative data skills including SQL and familiarity with product analytics tools like Amplitude
