Responsibilities
- Do the heavy-lifting of the most challenging engineering problems
- Embrace and become the go-to expert in 3 (or more) specific domains and convey the expertise to the rest of the engineering team
- Collaborate with the leadership team look for, plan, and execute long-term organizational-level improvements
- Grow and mentor other software engineers, become a positive role model
- Improve engineering processes (including but not limited standards, tooling,etc)
Requirements
- Mastery of system design, software architecture, and engineering process
- Excellent track records in innovation and problem solving
- Strong understanding of Java, Kotlin, Go, JavaScript, or any modern technology stacks
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and verbal communication
- Ability to thrive in a fully remote & asynchronous organization
- Willingness to understand, share, and live our values
