Principal DevOps Engineer

Your main duties in flying with us:

• Standardize technical design specifications and assist in sizing technical requirements.
• Review technical design specifications developed.
• Develop custom integration solutions including major enhancements, interfaces, functions and features.
• Lead and guide the design, development of reusable components.
• Maintain new and existing object reference files.
• Perform script maintenance and updates due to changes in requirements or implementations.
• Assist in defining DevOps and quality guidelines and standards.
• Participate in the development of contingency plans including reliable backup and restore procedures.
• Identify continuity/disaster recovery risks and mitigation plans.
• Assist in the development of disaster recovery plans with service providers and network carriers.
• Assist in the development of user guides and training documentation for systems.
• Propose new application packages and tools and perform research on best practices.
• Provide recommendations for the solutions.
• Provide technical coaching and mentoring to less-experienced team members.
• Provides technical guidance or system process expertise.

Mandatory belongings that you must prepare:

• Bachelor’s degree in Programming/Systems or Computer Science or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.
• Requires 6 or more years as Devops or System Engineer (have 1 years exp as a team lead is plus point).
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret complex problems or processes, identify and understand
• requirements, and develop alternate solutions.
• Experience designing, developing and deploying applications/ systems using proven or emerging technologies, in a variety of technologies and environments.
• Strong grasp of automation tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
• Requires working knowledge of two or more programming languages.
