Principal Backend Engineer

- We need a highly experienced backend engineer that has broad experiences in many projects and has knowledge on several backend programming languages (Go must have at least 2 projects using Go, but not necessarily the language used the most). Should have good analytical and problem solving skills, being able to decide which tool is best to be used for specific requirements. Being able to debug, analyze and improve existing system with different engineering approaches
- At least 5 years of working experiences as backend engineer
- Would like to have career as non managerial roles (individual contributor)
- Broad knowledge on backend system implementation, proven by extensive list of challenging projects using different technologies and having a lot of contribution on those projects
- Experienced in creating system design and making implementation based on the design
- Having experiences in mentoring other engineers
