Your responsibilities, but not limited to: 

• Lead the development and execution of portfolio growth strategies to maximize the performance and profitability of digital business portfolios. 

• Analyze the financial and operational performance of portfolio companies, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth and value creation. 

• Identify potential strategic partnerships and collaborations within Telkomsel Group and beyond to expand portfolio companies' reach and capabilities. 

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends in the market. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic initiatives that align with the overall company goals and objectives. 

• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including portfolio company management teams, industry experts, and external partners. 

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related fields. MBA or equivalent is preferred. 

• Proven experience with minimum 8 years of experience in Venture Building, Portfolio Management, Business Development, or related roles in Investments / Digital / Telco industry. Experience in investments is preferred. 

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to evaluate investment opportunities and make informed decisions. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders. 

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset. 

• Knowledge of the Indonesian digital industry landscape and trends. 

• Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities. 

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and driving business growth.
