The MoodleCloud ecosystem runs about a third of the world’s registered Moodle sites, and is central to the growth strategy for the organisation over the coming years. The MoodleCloud product is nearing our seventh year of rapid adoption and is uniquely placed to grow in both diversity of offering and market reach, creating opportunities for you to learn and grow at every turn.

At Moodle no 2 days will ever be the same, but most days in this role usually involve a mix of:

• Working within a small agile team
• Providing level 3 support to our customer success team
• Digging into Moodle code, PostgreSQL databases and AWS cloud infrastructure to understand and resolve customer issues
• Collaborate with Moodle LMS team on MoodleCloud-related issues
• Collaborating closely with teammates to implement new features for MoodleCloud
• Writing PHP, SQL, JavaScript
• Working on a product that directly generates revenue for an amazing open source project

This role can be based anywhere in the Asia-Pacific region (in Australia as a permanent employee, or anywhere else in APAC as a contractor), and we are open to both full-time and part-time candidates! Just let us know where you are, and your preference, when you apply.
