We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our Digital Marketing team, to oversee the Performance Marketing campaigns for customer acquisition programs for Glints Marketplace and Glints ExpertClass in Indonesia.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Operate day-to-day performance marketing campaigns over Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.
- Continuously doing A/B tests and campaign optimizations to achieve cost-efficient performance marketing campaigns.
- Track and report the progression of the campaign to pull out insights for optimization programs.
- Working closely with the Marketing Team and Creative Team to continuously improve performance marketing campaigns.

Who We Are Looking For
- Able to use English as the main language of communication.
- Have experience in working on Facebook Ads, Google Ads.
- Have experience in working with Analytic Software such as Google Analytics, Amplitude, etc.
- Strong analytical skills to analyze the progression of the campaign and identify opportunities.
- Strong communication skills along with a customer-oriented attitude.
- Commercial awareness to understand the target market and design campaigns accordingly.
