As a Performance Management Intern, you'll craft dynamic performance dashboards, tailoring them for diverse stakeholders to facilitate data-driven decision-making. Your role involves generating insightful reports to illuminate team and individual performance, and actively contributing to process enhancements for overall performance excellence.
Your main duties in flying with us:
- Develop performance dashboards using relevant tools to visualize key metrics.
- Customize dashboards for various stakeholders to enhance data-driven decision-making.
- Conduct thorough performance analysis to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Generate reports and insights to aid in understanding team and individual performance.
- Support the implementation of process improvements to enhance overall performance.
Mandatory belongings that you must prepare:
- Bachelor of Statistic / Data Science / Engineering / Psychology, or currently pursuing a degree in Business, Analytics, Engineering, Psychology or a related field
- Having experience in data analysis will be advantage
- Understand data discovery process to generate insight
- Intermediate to use Google Sheet
- Experience to use google data studio
- Experience to use tableau / Python Script will be advantage
- Have a knowledge about statistic model
- Have a good collaboration skill
- Have a good communication skill
- Have a strong critical thinking- Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in data management and visualization tools
- Detail-oriented
