Job Descriptions
- You’ll be in charge of Lalamove drivers offline presence acquisition & retention (4W Sticker, 2W Lalabag)
- Manage 5 drivers operations support who will help you for acquisition & retention process
- In charge of offline presence inventory management (stock availability, sticker & lalabag procurement, weekly stock opname)
- Identify, plan, and execute drivers communication plan to ensure growth in acquisition & retention
- Provide insightful daily and weekly report for continuous improvement in drivers offline presence
- Offline presence penetrations; Ensure 90% of our order completed by branded drivers
- Supporting Driver Operations Department main KPI (achieve high responded orders and completed orders)
Job Requirements
- Graduate from reputable university majoring in operations management or industrial engineering
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience working in operations department
- Good analytical and problem solving skill
- Familiar with Google Spreadsheets
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Able to meet the target determined by company
