About the role
As our next People Strategy Officer, you will play an important role in managing A-Team, promoting optimization of our workplace productivity and ensuring our organizational development solutions that will help Amartha answer it’s current and future needs.
Responsibilities
- Supporti in employee goal setting development, performance assessment, performance & career management processes and programs Involve in analyzing business success through organizational and people development strategies & programs
- Partner with people managers and employees to design and implement employee strategies as well as employee and leadership development programs for the organization
- Execute Individual Development Plan & Programs
- Regular job description, organization structure, successor review
- Support wellbeing and engagement activity implementation
- Should have at least a bachelor degree, background in Human Resources Management / Psychology would be a plus point
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, but with 1 year experience in HR, especially in people management, performance management, and/or talent management would be a plus point
- Experienced in a start-up company will be an advantage
- Good understanding of data analytical skills
- Strong analytical thinking and planning skill
- Self-starter with independent decision making ability
- Team player and resourceful with a positive can-do attitude
- Able to make powerful presentation
