People Rewards Admin

This position will support the People Ops Division by managing employee services, benefits, onboarding and offboarding, and HRIS administration. 
This role ensures that people operations run smoothly and that employees have a positive experience from their first to their last day.

Your main duties in flying with us:

  • Assist employees with benefits enrollment and changes
  • Work closely with any to coordinate with benefits providers and ensure timely resolution of employee benefits issues.
  • Manage the onboarding & offboarding process
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HR System
  • Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of employee personal data in the system
  •  Handle employment verification and other related documentation requests eg. Reference letter, sponsorship letter, etc
  • Responsible for contract renewal of Contingency Worker
  • Responsible for reviewing employee benefit claims.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation for audits and inspections
  • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by the lead of people ops.

Mandatory belongings that you must prepare:

  • Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
