People Partner Sr Manager (Tech & Product)

Requirements:

• > 5 - 10 YoE, experience as People Business/Experience Partner (HRBP) or similar related field. Preferably have experience as People Partner for Tech/ Product Team.
• Good sense of business acumen and customer focus.
• A problem solver. Strong strategic thinking, great communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills, negotiator, good leadership skills.
• Strong in analysis and able to use data to inform insights.
• Must have experience in project/program management and be able to work across levels.
• Adaptable and able to work in ambiguity & diversity.

Responsibilities:

• As a People Business Partner, the main job is to partner with the business stakeholders and the internal People's team. They must be able to provide good HR solutions, based on comprehensive analysis, such as working with COE partners to always maintain a high quality of operational HR service delivery to managers and employees, MPP, OKR, rewards and benefit, engagement activities, etc.
• Able to do the presentation with a comprehensive analysis on a regular basis, to the internal teams or business stakeholders. e.g: attrition report, talent management analysis, team health check, etc.
• Responsible to leads and implementing projects that are required in the specific functions for the organization improvement, e.g: change management, job evaluation, rewards, and recognition, etc.
• People Business Partner's default responsibility is to manage People Partner Analyst and People Experience Partner
