People Partner Analyst

Job Summary: This is an entry-level People Partner or People Analytics role. It will cover the basic competencies of People Partner in tiket. Role purposes are to be able to identify, cultivate and build comprehensive data analytics for most of the decision-making to support company goals.
Your main duties in flying with us:
- Assist People Partner, from business as usual that related with the employee life cycle, to creating and building data analytics.
- Assist several projects/programs that are implemented by People Partner.
- Create valuable insights that align with company goals.
Mandatory belongings that you must prepare:
- Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
- Strong in data management, detail-oriented, and analysis using specific tools e.g: excel, data studio, tableau, etc.
- Good communication skills and stakeholder management.
- Having experience in project/program management is a plus.
- Having a can-do attitude, collaborative, problem solver, and a team player.
