About the position; Sr People Partner

 

As a Sr People Partner, you are responsible for aligning business objectives with people solutions in the organizations that you support. By following 3 imperatives of DK’s PAC Strategy:

 

  • Capacity, how we help leaders in building organizations
  • Capability, how we ensure the organization and the people are purposefully grow
  • Way of working and Engagement, making sure our way of working really works and the people are excited and engaged

 

In many companies, the role is known as HR Business Partner (HRBP). Successful People Partner act as business professionals, team member champions, and change agents. People Partner are HR experts who partner with and advise the leaders by maintaining literacy about the function/business they partner with, its way of working, its people, and its competition and translating that into impactful solutions, policy, program and process

What will you do

  • Partners with leadership team and relevant PAC Teams to drive a People strategy ( Capacity, Capability and Way of Working) thru :
    • Provides support and feedback and consults with leaders at all levels in areas of people process, capability development, team member engagement programs, organizational development, and employee relations. 
    • Uses data (trends,metric, survey, etc) in partnership with relevant PAC Team to develop solutions, programs, policies and opportunities for learning and improvement related to talent in their respective stakeholder  and coupled with a deep understanding of stakeholder needs for their objective; 
    • Develops and presents solutions to senior leaders to help drive results in the organization aligned with DKatalis goals and values. Deliver meaningful results to the stakeholder with ongoing improvements 
  • Partners with other PAC Team Members to manage employee relations issues. May participate or inform a plan for effective, thorough and objective investigations within their aligned tribe/clan/chapter. Analyzes and surfaces related trends within the Stakeholder
  • Works closely with leaders and team members to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and engagement.
  • Own and execute specific iterations related to DK-wide People Programs based on feedback from their stakeholder such as Talent Assessment and Annual Performance Review

 

What you need to have 

  • Relevant, progressive People Partner experience supporting front line and mid-level leaders. Experience working with global talent is preferred.
  • Intermediate level experience (3-4 years) in a variety of HR competency areas such as organizational design and development, leadership development, change management, performance management, employee relations, etc
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work well with fluid information.
  • Comfortable using technology, such as Google Workspace, Trello, Greenhouse, etc.
  • Effective and concise verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to develop and run a full-cycle project (start to finish) and results in a timely manner.
  • Team player who acts with a sense of urgency and able to prioritize what's really matter and impactful for company and employee
  • Ability to solve moderate to complex problems; resourceful and proactively engage problem solving
  • Strong EQ and demonstrates sound, consistent, trusted judgment.
