Responsibilities - How you may contribute
Employee Experience & Regional HR Operations
You ensure that our employee data has top accuracy and integrity in files, databases and internal tools, allowing us to have 1 source of truth.
Thanks to your work, we have operational accuracy, consistency and effectiveness in processes, to build a strong HR Operations Core, with your focus, our employees receive an excellent employee experience as you perform accurate and timely employee administration/transactional processes in all stages of the employee lifecycle, from relocations, pre-onboarding to exits.
You are the first point of contact from our people team, line managers and employees, providing support, information and advice on administrative, tools & internal HR process matters. You are able to recognize when is needed to escalate complex and high risk concerns to the HR business partner as well as other stakeholders. You ensure that our HR policies adhere to local employment legislation and you support other departments such as compliance, security & finance with annual audits. You are ready to support our various HR initiatives, not limited to the following areas; employer branding, learning, employee engagement & recognition programs.
What we are looking for in you / Ideal profile
- Bachelor degree in psychology, human resource management or any related fields.
- 1-2 years of experience with managing HR Operations/ Employee Experience & HR knowledge: payroll, HRIS, HR reporting, employment regulations
- You are able to thrive in a fast-moving environment & prioritize shifting workloads
- You are excited to take full ownership of your projects/ tasks, this means you are curious & eager to learn, you come with new solutions on how we can scale & improve our current ways of doing things.
- Good communication skills, fluent in written and spoken English
- Well organized & attention to detail
- Strong data analytical will be a plus
- Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
