People Operation Lead

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and improve payroll processes including salary, tax and allowances
• Define a fair, equitable, and competitive total compensation and benefits package that fits and is aligned to our company’s strategy, business goals, and culture
• Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation
• Differentiate pay systems to invest in the segments of the workforce that contribute the most value
• Conduct ongoing research into emerging trends, issues, and best practices
• Conduct periodic audits and prepare reports
• Oversee & manage employee database, make sure the accuracy of the data
• Handle expatriate legalities and company policy

• 5+ years experiences
• Background in compensation & benefit, payroll, and tax
• Exposure to government policy
• Preferably from startup background
• Assertive & logical
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Experience in leading the team is a plus
• Exposure in handling payroll & tax in Singapore and Malaysia is a plus
• Education background comes from Finance or Mathematics
