Responsibilities:
- Oversee and improve payroll processes including salary, tax and allowances
- Define a fair, equitable, and competitive total compensation and benefits package that fits and is aligned to our company’s strategy, business goals, and culture
- Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation
- Differentiate pay systems to invest in the segments of the workforce that contribute the most value
- Conduct ongoing research into emerging trends, issues, and best practices
- Conduct periodic audits and prepare reports
- Oversee & manage employee database, make sure the accuracy of the data
- Handle expatriate legalities and company policy
- 5+ years experiences
- Background in compensation & benefit, payroll, and tax
- Exposure to government policy
- Preferably from startup background
- Assertive & logical
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Experience in leading the team is a plus
- Exposure in handling payroll & tax in Singapore and Malaysia is a plus
- Education background comes from Finance or Mathematics
