About the role
As a People Experience Partner Intern, you will support the daily task of the PEP team in connecting with stakeholders or employees and enhance the overall employee lifecycle. You will work collaboratively across teams and support the development of new initiatives and programs.
Responsibilities
- Assist operational support for enhancing employees’ life-cycle from onboarding to offboarding.
- Collaborate across HR teams and other divisions to explore and identify potential improvement.
- Support data and feedback analysis to generate deep understanding of employees’ needs.
- Manage administrative tasks for the team's project or event.
- Involve and support any employee’s engagement activities
- Strong relationship-building abilities or interpersonal skills
- Possess can-do attitude and growth mindset
- Analytical, creative problem-solving skills and attention to details
- Able to work both individually and collaboratively
