As a People Experience Partner, you will be the counterpart to work closely with key stakeholders and employees in designated departments in order to align business objectives and ensure the whole working experience, processes and procedures. You will work collaboratively across teams and develop initiatives and solutions.
Responsibilities
- Provide support and guidance to stakeholders and employees in areas of people operation process, engagement, development, and employee relations.
- Translate business plans into HR-related assistance such as talent performance management, development plan, and engagement to achieve business goals.
- Review and ensure current employees' life-cycles as well as HR-related processes and procedures.
- Collaborate across HR teams and other divisions to explore and identify potential improvement.
- Leverage data and feedback to generate deep understanding of employees’ needs and develop various HR initiatives and projects.
- Should have at least 2 years of experience with exposure in variety of HR competency areas such as employee experience, employee relations, organizational development, performance management, etc
- A Bachelor’s / Master's degree in any equivalent field
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong relationship-building abilities or interpersonal skills to engage with all level employees
- Analytical skills and the ability to work both individually and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
- Creative problem-solving skills and attention to details
- Experience in project management
- Understanding of Indonesia's HR regulation laws and industrial relations is a plus
