- Support the development and execution of engagement programs
- Help to plan and organize culture campaigns that promote team-building and social interaction
- Responsible in handling administrative and operational matters related to internal activities
- Build a good connection with employee communities to reinforce
Requirements
- have minimum 6 months experience in handling events, campaigns, or internal communication
- willing to travel occasionally
- possess can do attitude and growth mindset
- love to build good relation with people
- nice to have exposure in creative assets
