People Caretaker

What you will do, but not limited to:

• Managing performance cycle and talent management
• Business partnering with internal INDICO's stakeholder and/or portfolios
• Supporting HR Operation duties
• Supporting establishment HR fundamental for new INDICO's portfolio
• Continuously seeking improvement for internal HR
• Organizing and managing employee internal events/activities

What you will need:

• Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Psychology and/or other related major
• Minimum 5 years experience in HR related, preferably in HR Generalist
• Good interpersonal, communication, hands-on, people person and a good team player
• Experienced in well-establish corporation and also digital/start-up company and/or Venture Capital/Private Equity
