Responsibilities:
- Identify training needs and employee growth programs
- Facilitate the performance management process
- Develop and implement strategies to boost employee morale and fostering employee engagement
- Collaborate with stakeholders in identifying and developing future leaders within the organization
- Develop and implement policies related to employee development
- Handle Learning and development (L&D) and Performance Management
- Prepare HR Reports and statistics for analysis
- Plan and organize HR initiatives that will benefit the company and employees
- Assist in other ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements:
- Good in spoken and written English.
- At Least 2 - 4 years experience on People & Development & Performance Management
- Good computer literacy (particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint on Microsoft Office, Internet, e-mail).
- Ability to organize and handle human resources issues
- Ability to engage with all departments in the office
- Good interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solver, organized, and self-driven person
