We are looking for a youthful, energetic, and fun talent who is agile and determined to deliver the processes of the People and Culture team of Xtremax.

Responsibilities:

• Identify training needs and employee growth programs
• Facilitate the performance management process
• Develop and implement strategies to boost employee morale and fostering employee engagement
• Collaborate with stakeholders in identifying and developing future leaders within the organization
• Develop and implement policies related to employee development
• Handle Learning and development (L&D) and Performance Management
• Prepare HR Reports and statistics for analysis
• Plan and organize HR initiatives that will benefit the company and employees
• Assist in other ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• Good in spoken and written English.
• At Least 2 - 4 years experience on People & Development & Performance Management
• Good computer literacy (particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint on Microsoft Office, Internet, e-mail).
• Ability to organize and handle human resources issues
• Ability to engage with all departments in the office
• Good interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solver, organized, and self-driven person
