People & Culture Executive (Recruitment)

We are looking for a youthful, energetic, and fun talent who is agile and determined to deliver the processes of the People and Culture team of Xtremax, specialising in the Recruitment area.

Responsibilities

• Handle recruitment processes such as posting advertisements, phone screening, arranging interviews, prepare employment contracts while ensuring alignment with regulations, and Xtremax’s policies and procedures
• Prepare HR Reports and statistics for analysis
• Plan and organize HR initiatives that will benefit the company and employees
• Maintain good relationships with employees and other key positions
• Assist in other ad-hoc duties as required

• 2-3 years of experience in tech recruitment
• Good English communication skills
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field
• Accustomed to managing numerous applicants utilizing various job portals and other platforms
• Familiarity with recruitment ATS platforms will be a significant consideration
• Able and willing to learn quickly and succeed
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Meticulous, organized, and can prioritize and execute tasks effectively and independently
• Work effectively in a team
• Able to spread joy and positivity in the office
