The Role

This role sits in our Regional Partnerships Team and reports to our Head of Regional Partnerships. From day one, you will be directly involved in identifying and streamlining strategic initiatives, and communicating objectives between departments and using data to provide key insights and support decision making within the partnerships team. You’ll also be directly involved in identifying gaps and opportunities within partnerships and leading the team to plan and strategy execution.

Outcomes

Expectations

  • 1 Month
    • Understand our current partnerships processes
    • Get to know the partnerships team, the team structure, who does what and identify pain points
    • Talk to internal stakeholders to identify gaps and opportunities in our partnership plans/processes
    • Present initial findings, identify focus areas and create an action plan
    • Propose team structure, hiring plans, goals and metrics for the strategy & ops team
  • 3 Months
    • You have built trust with the partnerships and internal teams
    • Work with the team to set and/or refine goals and metrics and track progress
    • You are able to effectively lead strategic initiatives involving partnerships and other teams
    • Derive insights from relevant data and present findings, create strategy and action plans to stakeholders
    • Conduct and present ad hoc analyses as required by senior management
    • Drive and provide analytical support to the partnerships team to be more data/insights-driven
    • Manage administrative, coordination and operational tasks required for BI reporting/filing, etc.
  • 6 Months
    • You have been directly involved in proposing and/or refining the partnerships team’s vision/strategy and began implementation
    • You’ve been able to coach new and existing strategy & ops and partnerships team members to upskill to another level
    • You have been tracking partnerships team metrics and goals on a quarterly basis
    • You’ve started to make your mark on the org, implementing your plans and helping drive key decisions in relation to partnerships
    • You continuously improve SOPs and processes in partnerships
  • 9 Months
    • You have directly identified significant opportunities and driven positive change/impact for the regional partnerships team
    • You’ve collaborated with the partnerships team to consistently achieve or exceed quarterly metrics and goals
