Partnership Officer (Under Wecare.id)

The Partnership Officer will play a pivotal role in fostering and managing partnerships for Wecare.id, focusing on building strong relationships with community organizations, NGOs, and other stakeholders to promote our services and initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential partners to enhance Wecare.id's outreach and impact.
• Develop and implement strategies to strengthen partnerships, ensuring mutual benefits for Wecare.id and its partners.
• Manage the onboarding process for new partners, including training and support.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create resources and materials that support partner engagement.
• Track and report on partnership performance and outcomes to management.

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, communications, or social sciences.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or community engagement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Self-motivated and proactive in identifying opportunities for partnership growth.
• Familiarity with community organizations and NGOs is a plus.
