Our first brand ''Somethinc'' was founded in 2019, is currently the #1 skincare brand in e-commerce & modern trade with >1M social media followings. Our second brand Glowinc is breaking the boundaries by offering genderless products at affordable prices. Our offline/online commerce BeautyHaul is the core for carrying multiple brands that we have directly to our customers. We are incubating more and more business models in our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in the beauty, within the South Asia region.

Job Description:

Lead partnership activities for named strategic partners.
Build relationship with new and existing partners to explore business opportunities.
Generate periodic reports include data analysis and recommendation.
Proactively creating opportunities to access available partnerships.
Understand and communicate relevant information or updates from the partners to the internal team.

Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor degree in business, marketing, communication or related discipline/relevant experience.
Have minimum 4 – 5 years of Business Development and Partnership working experience.
Have strong networking in those various categories and having good understanding in B2B business.
Good in Communication, Negotiation, Business Analytics, Leadership, Strategic Thinking, and Decision Making.
Fluent in Bahasa & English.
