Partnership Lending Lead

About the role

As our next Partnership Lending Lead, you will get a chance to build Amartha Partnership Lending business. We help partners to provide lending facilities to their users or customers.

You will work together with Product & Tech team to create products that can fulfilled partners needs. Since this is new business unit, there will be huge opportunity to grow your career fast.

Responsibilities

• Initiate new partnership and collaboration with prospective partners
• Work closely with internal team to ensure smooth operational processes and step in to troubleshoot problems requiring collaboration with partners when needed
• Maintain day-to-day communications and relationships with top partners

• Should have at least 5 years of lending partnership or business development experience in financial services
• Should have at least a Bachelor’s degree
• Target oriented and team collaboration skill
• Good empathy and listening skill
• Experience in building financial service partnership
