About the Role -
If you’re looking for a place with dynamic, high analytical thinking and have passion to grow the industry through leveraging the digital platform/technology, look no further. As our Partnerships Key Account Manager, you’ll be in charge to develop long-term relationships with a portfolio of major & strategic partners, lead engagement, provide best-fitted GoTo Financial solutions that will generate sales, and to lead game plans to enable delivery of joint business plan/target. Working closely with Sales Strategy, Sales Planning, Products Team, and others key stakeholders, you’ll take the wheel in developing Enterprise business for GoTo Financial.

What You Will Do  -
Obtain in-depth and robust understanding of both GoTo Financial & partner’s business needs / issues, at the same time act as a consultant for each partner by providing business solutions through GoTo Financial products portfolios and build strong pipeline to achieve target
 Work closely with partners, includes approaching the new partners and maintaining good relationships between GoTo Financial and our partners
Develop end-to-end joint business plans, monitor partner’s performance versus target, create sales forecast based on GoTo Financial’s plans & campaigns, assess competitive benchmarking, and anticipate potential business challenges
Create account plan for each partner, recommend the expected support to close the revenue gap or potential improvement, represent partner internally in GoTo Financial, and utilize all available resources to manage the partner's requirements as well as to coordinate with the other teams to support sales & business development strategies
Take responsibility for all services that GoTo Financial delivers to each account, become the single point of contact from GoTo Financial for engagement, project delivery & troubleshooting efforts

What You Will Need -
Minimum Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Marketing, Business, Economics or Communications
 Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in handling enterprise accounts. Having experience in handling retail & commerce, and/or groceries industry is a plus
A passionate, tech-savvy, self-starter, keen learner with an entrepreneurial mindset
Able to leverage analytical capability to manage conflict and find resolution
Good presentation skills including ability to present to top decision makers or senior management
Good negotiation and deal-closing skills
Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite
Ability to speak English is a must

Our Partnerships Key Account Manager, part of the broader Payment Partnerships  team based in Jakarta, Indonesia. We help our Enterprise partners to grow through a consultative approach, starting from understanding the need of industry as well as the influencing factors that drive the growth, identify pain points of the partners, and develop the solutions according to our comprehensive understanding of the partners. Our deliverable is very important to GoTo Financial since the partners that we manage are strategic, hence, the success of our role will help to strengthen GoTo Financial's reputation in the industry. Developing our business by helping our partners to grow is our mission.
