About us
INDICO is a subsidiary of Telkomsel, Indonesia's leading digital telecom company. INDICO plays a strategic role as a holding company that houses current and prospective vertical digital business portfolios, including Kuncie (edu-tech), Fita (health-tech), and Majamojo (game).
Currently, INDICO starting to develop its business in AgriTech. Moving forward INDICO aims to explore opportunities in multiple verticals adjacent to Telkomsel鈥檚 digital businesses. As a digital platform company, INDICO aims to leverage Telkomsel鈥檚 digital assets and capabilities to create a flywheel effect of innovations to develop cross-sectoral digital solutions that will empower Indonesia鈥檚 digital economy.
What you will do, but not limited to:
- Serve as the point of contact for customers/partner
- Understand customer requirements and needs to offer suitable solutions and generate new business
- Observe, review, and analyze processes to identify inefficiencies and areas where improvements could be made
- Ensure the timely delivery of services and products to clients
- Resolve issues to maintain and strengthen customer trust
- Ensure that all activities conform to local, federal, industry and company standards
- Manage budgets and forecasts
- Formulate strategic and operational objectives
- Bachelor鈥檚 degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, Business, or other related fields 2-3 years experiences in Sales/ Business Development preferably in agricultural industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with aptitude in fostering long-term relationships
- High Energy Self-driven, love challenges, have entrepreneurial spirit and get things done Able to negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders
- Excellent strategic planning and problem-solving skills
- Experience budgeting and forecasting
- Familiarity with business and financial principles
