Partnership & Growth Associate - Merchant Platform

About the Role
Fasten your helmet and climb aboard if you’re ready to be our Partnership Associate. In this role, you will be an integral player within the Merchant Platform based in Indonesia. Focusing heavily on partnership management, you will acquire key partners in the industry, manage the end-to-end partnership growth, and drive the market adoption in efforts to expand the Gobiz API penetration and be the leader in the API business. The folks in the Centralized Partnership Platform team(s) will be your companions on this ride. Your efforts will directly influence the success of GoTo Group to continuously create social impacts.
What You Will Do
- Identity and acquire the potential partners in the industry
- Develop and monitor key performance metrics
- Evaluate and improve the partnership effectiveness
- Build the Go-To-Market Plan
- Maintain the beneficial partnership relationship
What You Will Need
- At least 2 years experience in the similar role
- Excel at relationship-building, and are effective at collaborating with others
- Excellent communication and negotiation skill, good at managing stakeholders
- High independence and ability to learn quickly in a new environment or function
- Portray proactiveness in conducting problem-solving

Centralized Partner Platform consists of 6 members specialized in partnership, operation, data analytics and integration specialist. Our goal is to bring the best-in-class experience for GoTo merchants in order to expand their business and compete well in the industry. We always conduct transparent and straightforward communication to optimize teamwork coordination.
