Our offline/online commerce BeautyHaul is the core for carrying multiple brands that we have directly to our customers. We are incubating more and more business models in our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in beauty, within the South Asia region.
Job Description:
- Monitor packaging planning needs to be based on stock, outstanding, and forecast of finished goods (Materials Requirement Planning, MRP)
- Generate purchase order (PO) of packaging materials based on packaging planning to suppliers then follow up and monitor the status to ensure on-time delivery
- Maintain BOM including costing for packaging materials for new launches and regular products, including new SKU creation
- Direct packaging materials movements to align with the production plan and maintain sufficient capacity between warehouses
- Follow up on quality issues packaging with the product development team, QC team, and suppliers
- Monthly reporting on inventory packaging, stock accuracy, and outstanding PO
- Coordinate with the finance team regarding invoices and payments to suppliers
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in FMCG or the beauty industry within the ops/planning field is preferred
- Good at negotiation, prioritization, multi-tasking, communication, and problem-solving
- Proficient in English, Ms. Excel, and google sheet to work on complex spreadsheet transformations
- Fast learner, driven, proactive, and comfortable in the VUCA environment
- Understanding the import process is a plus
