About the Role

Our team objective is to enable our people to do their best work and systems and tools must enable them.  This role will work across PAC, IT, and the business to manage primarily Workday but may include other PAC tools to manage the integrity of our people systems. This operational role is at the heart of PAC and focuses on proactively enabling system changes, and improving data quality and useability will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of our tools and maybe a part of transformational projects.


What You Will Do

  • Maintaining organization structure in Workday ,iIncluding but not limited to reporting line & cost center, maintain positions (create new, freeze, close or move)
  • Manage the bi annual Workday releases
  • Perform and support configuration changes, perform mass uploads (EIB)
  • Perform and support Audit for each month to make sure the PCP process is correct in the system
  • Working with the other teams in PAC (People Services, Compensation & Benefit, People Acquisition) to manage and maintain data & security integrity
  • Manage the change management process to make sure the employees can use the system effectively
  • Create  and input into documentation for Business Process, Tasks, Problem Log and all changes in Workday
  • Manage tickets coming into the area across employee and internal teams 

What You Will Need

  • Degree in any discipline
  • 5 + years of experience working in PAC and HR business processes
  • Recent Workday HCM Core experience
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering Workday changes and managing operational requests within Workday for a broad stakeholder group
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) and an ability to effectively communicate across international teams
  • Conversational & written English required
  • Project Management experience preferred, or experience of being a part of projects

This role is part of the PAC System experience team and will provide project management expertise for HR initiatives and programs, collaborating with the various HR functions, HR Business Partners, HRIS and business leaders
