AYANA Hospitality is seeking a dedicated and proactive Outlet Supervisor to join our team at AYANA Komodo. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our designated outlet, ensuring that guests receive exceptional service and a memorable dining experience. You will collaborate with the management team to implement policies and procedures that enhance the efficiency and quality of the outlet.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the outlet, including staff management and guest interaction
• Ensure high standards of service and quality are maintained at all times
• Train and develop service staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally and promptly
• Assist in managing inventory and maintaining accurate records of supplies
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Collect, review, and act on guest feedback to enhance the overall guest experience.

• Previous experience as an Outlet Supervisor or in a similar role within the hospitality industry
• Strong understanding of food and beverage operations
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Outstanding customer service skills and a positive attitude
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Proficiency in restaurant management software
