About Fazz
Fazz is an ecosystem of financial services that comprise Fazz (Business account for Southeast Asia), StraitsX (Payments infrastructure for digital assets), and Modal Rakyat (Mutual cooperation funding for MSMEs) founded in 2016, as a result of a merger between PayFazz and Xfers, two Y Combinator alumni based in Southeast Asia.
Fazz provides business accounts that offer seamless payment, savings and credit functionalities, giving businesses equal opportunity to build, run, and grow. We cater to the warung and MSME in Indonesia under the brand Fazz Agen, and fast-growing startups and SMEs in Singapore and Indonesia under the brand Fazz Business.
Fazz’s mission is to make the future of finances accessible for every single business in Southeast Asia, where many MSMEs and the population are still underserved.
About the Role
- People Strategy and Analytics
-Diagnose current pain points of current HR processes by performing both qualitative and quantitative analysis;
-Coordinate co-creation and provide input of ideas with People Leadership team and BU and Function Heads to identify, prioritize and initiate strategic projects to support overall People Strategy;
-Lead and champion a process to design, improve and document HR process and project outcomes;
-Collect, validate and perform data analysis to measure and identify success metrics of People Strategy;
-Monitor and generate. insights from multiple reports and performance measurement of HR dashboards;
-Propose the improvement initiatives of the dashboard and metrics to relevant stakeholders.
- Total Rewards
-Provide technical expertise on Total Rewards (Compensation and Benefits);
-Build a fair and competitive holistic reward offering to help Fazz on its mission to recruit, retain and motivate its talent;
-Design and implement a reward strategy and philosophy in alignment with business objectives, talent strategy, and market trends in our Operating Countries;
-Design, model, and track compensation, bonus, and budgets globally and liaise with finance and the business to ensure alignment and planning for the years/ projects ahead;
-Oversee the creation of reward policies and procedures geared to reward high performance short and long term.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering, IT, Management, Finance, or equivalent
- MBA is preferred, but not a must.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in top tier consulting firm, FinTech/Tech startup People/HR team, or other relevant experience
- Demonstrate knowledge of HR processes and data analytics (including but not limited to Compensation & Benefits, Talent Development)
- Proven track records in managing of various strategic projects, getting things done with minimum manager’s supervision
- Strong in Project Management skills
- Demonstrated aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis
