Ops & Planning Intern

Responsibilities

• Monitor transaction statuses, identify issues, and promptly communicate them to stakeholders
• Compile and present top-line platform performance reports for management
• Collaborate with teams to gather transaction-related information and ensure smooth data flow for reporting
• Maintain accurate documentation of transaction status and performance reports

• Bachelor degree from any field
• Availability to work in a shift arrangement, including weekends on evening shift
• Willingness to work in a hybrid setting with a schedule of 4 days on and 3 days off in hybrid setting
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and report generation
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
