The BEST Team (Business Process Excellence & Standardization) is currently looking for Operations Training Supervisor. Together in Operations Training team, this role will help the team to compile ground condition in a form of report to be weekly & monthly report. As Operations Training team main focus is to build the Rider's standards to give the best experience for our clients, so this role will be maintain daily activity from the ground trainer role.
This is a new role in Operations Training team and will be very challenging. If you are a hardworking, highly motivated person, and a rider-minded person, then you might be up for the challenge, and we would like to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Maintain daily training completion of ground trainer's task (such as daily task, evaluation, visit shipper, etc) and help ground trainer for minor trouble (or help them to escalate bigger issue)
- Create a weekly and monthly report to be shared to related stakeholder, plus maintain this reporting system and do the self troubleshooting if any error occurs
- Doing TFT for ground trainer if needed
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience, preferably from logistic industry
- Experience in training plus side for experience in training blue collar audience
- Skilled in Excel and Google supporting tools, plus point if skilled in photo editing
