THE RECRUITMENT PROCESSES WILL BE CARRIED OUT IN ENGLISH AND ONLY SHORTLISTED CANDIDATES WILL BE NOTIFIED
What you will do
- Distribute attributes for the driver (Bag, Helmet, Jacket, Vest, Cap)
- Assist in sticker project for 4 wheels vehicle
- Work with related parties to ensure driver acquisition run smoothly
- Deliver training for new joiner driver
- Managing driver complain
- Wanna install stickers on the weekend (2 times per month)
What we seek
- At least 1 year working experience in Operations or General Affair
- Positive, passionate, proactive, self-initiative and attentive to details
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to communicate in local languages are preferable
- Join or have strong connection with drivers community in Surabaya
- Willing to work on the field to support drivers acquisition & on the weekend
