WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Create job files and maintain documentation.
• Book export shipments with carriers and coordinate logistics.
• Prepare shipping instructions using CargoWise for Balikpapan exports via Jakarta.
• Arrange for packing and transportation of export cargo when necessary.
• Timely updates of shipment events on CargoWise.
• Coordinate and follow up on shipments in collaboration with Field Operations.
• Receive billing instructions, verify invoices, and ensure compliance with legal requirements.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE

• Diploma from any major or relevant qualification
• Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in a fast paced, dynamic and or multi-cultural MNC environment in Logistics/Freight Forwarding
• Fresh graduated are welcome
