Ruangguru has allowed students to access better quality educational content in the form of learning videos, question banks, test-prep materials, and study notes. Ruangguru platform has been proven to not only help families reduce the cost for education, but also elevate student outcomes.
Job Descriptions
- Update and report to Offline Operations Manager
- Assist Offline Operations Manager to Initiate, Plan, Execute, and Monitor Kalananti Offline Learning Center
- Execute learning Center operations including but not limited to students registration, class & teacher scheduling, learning supporting tools & media, and student’s certificate & progress report
- Collaborate with Education Consultant to help Sales activity
- Integrate with Academics Division related to curriculum, teacher, and other student’s activity in the learning center
- Coordinate with Teachers related to class, students, schedule, curriculums, etc
- Communicate with Parents & Students related to all of Learning & Center activity
- Attend weekly company and division meetings
- Participate in team-building and learning activities
Job Requirements
- At least bachelor in any major
- Critical and structured thinking
- Able to work offline everyday at our Learning Center (Bintaro)
- Experience in the education sector operations esp learning center operations is a plus
- Intermediate Ms. Excel skills
- Excellent project management, communication, analytical, and organizational skills
- Willing to learn, share, and collaborate with other team member
