- Strategizing and implementing pre-determined consumer collection approaches
- Carry out the collection function to achieve targets that have been set by management in accordance with applicable regulations
- Bachelor's degree graduate from any major
- Minimum 4 years of experience in consumer credit collection
- Understands BI, OJK, and any other banking-related regulations
- Understands accounting
- Understands general banking operations
- Able to operate Microsoft Office applications
