We are looking for a Driver Operations Associate (Driver Quality), based in Jakarta. The ideal candidate has experience in fast-paced, dynamic environments and can help scale and manage our rapid growth across Indonesia. THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS WILL BE CARRIED OUT IN ENGLISH AND ONLY SHORTLISTED CANDIDATES WILL BE NOTIFIED
What you'll do:
- Maintain Driver Education & Quality for 2-wheel and 4-wheel
- Provide deep analysis to find the root cause of driver quality issues and apply the most effective solutions
- Work closely with the Customer Service team to address and investigate any order disputes
- Support the Education team in handling driver issues
- Provide training material or driver communications to ensure drivers understand the importance of driver service quality
- Handle any driver issues and appeals
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce drivers' quality issues
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering/ Operations Management/ Logistics Management from a reputable university
- Min 1 year experience in related industries
- Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Ability to operate design tools (Canva) is a plus
- Agile in a fast-paced environment.
